About FTM-TECHNOLOGIES

FTM Technologies, manufacturer and distributor, was created by a high level team of technicians having a long experience of the equipment of workshops of electronics and a more general way of industry.

Our materials and tools are used besides by growth industries, such as nuclear industry, aeronautics, military industry or the medical instrumentation.

As we propose much more to our customers as a simple validation of order, because, we know what we are talking about.

Tools and materials which we refer were all tested with severity by our care.

And we can affirm that we offer in all the cases the best quality report - price as possible. We bring to our customers a firm contract of quality and service as well as responsible interlocutors.

We also know to adapt our technical proposals to the contingencies of a manufacture and the specific needs for a production. As of the problem arising, thanks to our know-how, our technicians will study quickly the most powerful solution.

Extremely mobile, available, effective, innovating, we treat the requests of our customers as if they were ours. To follow and even anticipate the market trends, such is the challenge of our trades of industry.

Technological developments, legislative context, economic constraints... the whole of these requirements engage us all, actors of industry, to develop and maintain a step of permanent improvement of our services.

The RoHS directive, and thus it "lead free" is now operational in
our manufacture.

From the 1st July  2006, every new product put on the market in the European Union, whether it is imported or manufactured in the Union, will have to be in conformity with the directive.

DIRECTIVE 2002/95/CE OF the European Parliament AND the COUNCIL

    Treatment of the air

Why treat the air?

Legislation:

–› Section II Environments of the
places of work
Under section 1 – Ventilation, cleansing
DécDecree n°84-1093 of  the 7th December 1984 modified by decree n°87-809 of the 1st October, 1987
«...the emissions in the form of gas, vapors, solid
aerosols of particles or liquids, of unhealthy substances, awkward or
dangerous for the health of the workers must be removed...»

–› Section II Rules of hygiene             Under section 2 - Ventilation, cleansing
Decree n°84-1094 of the 7thDecember 1984
"... objective to reach by set of priorities: 1) Suppression of the emissions of awkward or dangerous unhealthy substances...                                               2) Collecting with readiest possible of the sources of emission...
3) Dilution and evacuation of the residual pollutants by general
ventilation. General ventilation cannot be allowed like principal
technique of cleansing... "

How to treat the air?

Chimical product:

The active carbon

Capacity of our filters FCP1:

Select your product hereafter :

ADSORPTION CAPACICAPACITY   OF A COAL the REGARDING OF SOME GASES AND VAPORS .

Index a corresponds to a very low adsorption under the ordinary conditions
Index b

affected with little adsorbed substances and on the subject  which the operating conditions must be studied

Index c

allotted to the cases of average adsorption.  In these cases, the industrial facilities usually lead to excellent results

Index d cocorresponds to the highest adsorption. In these cases, one always obtains very good results
The chemical collecting of the substances is carried out using
activated carbon. The properties of adsorption of the active carbon
filter are due to its micro porosity and thus to its extremely large
interior surface.

This fact it results from it strong physical attractions which
adsorb the impurities contained in the air which crosses it. The
activated carbon adsorbs 20 to 30% of sounds weight before its
effectiveness does not start to decrease.

Dust and fine particles:

Use of filter media:

FPP1 and FA2 for external rejection filter until     85 % gravimetric.

FAP1 filters particle for recycling until A 90-95 %
opacimetric.
