Stationary stripping device for wires and flat enamelled copper
The BTM 2 is a table top machine with steel brushes for stripping round wires from 0.2 mm to 6.0 mm and flat wires to 6 mm strength and 20 mm width. It is possible to modify the axis of the machine to use brushes of different diameter (22 mm, 30 mm or 40 mm).
The center distance of the brushes is adjustable with a knurled screw. The key switch allows a change of direction of the upper motor. The brushes can turn in the same direction so as not to exert any traction on the wire and to facilitate the enamel stripping of the profiles. Brush spacing up to 20 mm possible.
No gearing or transmission allows a silent device, only 62 dB (A) without load.
